Payflip is growing raaaaazingly fast, and we are looking for our very first Business Development Representative that will pave the way for those who will follow you in your footsteps! About your position

For our Belgian market, we are hiring a business development representative to play a crucial role in Payflip's growth story.

Not only will you set up inbound and outbound sales strategies (thus becoming coauthor of our famous "sales playbook"), you will also put them into practice and identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound activities (cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling).

Besides the strategic and results-oriented part of the function, you do not shy away from becoming the face of the company within a wide range of hr events in Belgium. You are determined to take our story to thousands of Belgian employers who yearn to take that extra step when it comes to salaries.

About you

We're looking for enterpreneurial BDRs to help us further expand our flex reward mission!

Are you a 'bar raiser', and are you:

  • Passionate about sales and business development, but not too 'love stoned' to challenge and optimize our current processes.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant commercial function.
  • Driven to proudly represent Payflip in network events. 
  • ‘Targets don’t kill me, they only make me stronger’ (dixit Maura, co-founder of Payflip)
  • You take initiatives, you're pragmatic and a true goal getter. We love people who dare to make mistakes, learn from them, and continue to challenge themselves!
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus!
