Your role

As a support specialist, you will play a decisive role in our service strategy

You will not only answer questions and solve problems but also unravel the opportunities behind customer challenges. In addition, you will build bridges between different teams to optimally utilize the treasure trove of information from the support section for the better.

You will also help develop a scalable self-serve model that enables users to help themselves in the Payflip environment. But there's more than just devising a strategy. Developed projects must also be tested in practice. We are therefore looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Someone who is determined to offer thousands of customers the same strong, well-thought-out service together with the team. Is that you? Join our tribe!

About you

  • You are a passionate support specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a SaaS company OR a payroll/flex reward consultant with at least 2 years of experience.
    • As a support specialist, you want to gain a lot of knowledge about salary policy.
    • As a payroll/flex reward consultant, you want to sink your teeth into a new environment that sharpens your entrepreneurial side and digital skills.
  • You look forward to being the point of contact for pressing questions and ensuring that these interactions are learning and growth moments for both parties.
  • You are not afraid to scrutinize existing (operational) methods and figure out how to optimize existing processes.
  • You are an initiator pur sang, pragmatic, and an undaunted go-getter. We have it in for people who learn from their mistakes and continue to work on themselves!
