Your position

For our Belgian market, we are hiring a customer success manager who will play a defining role in our customer experience strategy.

Not only will you manage customers "from head to toe," you will also help lay the groundwork for a scalable customer success team by leading the development of a strong communications strategy, a scalable segmentation strategy and an innovative health scoring system, among others.

But there is more to it than coming up with a strategy. Elaborated projects should also be tested in practice. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Someone determined to work with the team and the Payflip chief to deliver the same strong, self-determined customer experience to hundreds of customers. Is that you? Join the Payflip team!

About you

  • You are a passionate customer success manager with at least 2 years of experience.
  • You look forward to being the point of contact for customers and ensuring they become the dream Payflip ambassadors.
  • You are not afraid to scrutinize existing (operational) methods and figure out how to optimize existing processes.
  • You are an initiator pur sang, pragmatic, and an undaunted go-getter. We have it in for people who learn from their mistakes and continue to work on themselves!
