About your position

As Account Executive, you are the face of Payflip towards Belgian companies. Your mission? Show employers how to make salaries truly work for their people. You manage the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signature - working with our sales playbook that you help refine yourself. You represent Payflip at HR events throughout Belgium and tell our story to companies ready to take their salary policy to the next level. Together with the sales team, you build the growth of our Belgian customer base in your segment.

Because at Payflip, we believe employees should have control over their own salary. And that's what you help companies with. 🫶

About you

We're looking for entrepreneurial account executives to co-write our growth story

Are you a 'bar raiser', and does the following describe you:

• Passionate about sales, but not too "love stoned" to question and optimize current sales practices
  
• +2 years of relevant commercial experience
• Driven to represent Payflip as an ambassador in Belgium.
• Initiator, pragmatic, and a fearless go-getter. We have it in for people who learn from their mistakes and keep sharpening themselves!
• Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus!
