We're seeking a first marketing hero to seize the thrilling opportunity to lay the foundations of our marketing team. Our first marketeer will be at the helm of crafting and executing strategies that will propel our brand to new heights.

Your responsibilities will concretely include:
Optimise SEO and content strategies, including nurture flows, email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, e-books, and webinars, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Mastering our inbound marketing and website infrastructure in Hubspot and Craft
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and to report on key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CoA) and conversion rates.
Next to the strategic and result-driven part of the role, you will not hold back to let out the (digital) creative within you to boost our online presence. Together with Payflip’s sales team, you are determined to tell our story to thousands of Belgian employers craving to go the extra mile when it comes to salaries 🚀.
We are looking for a marketing enthusiast with at least three years of experience in growth (and content) marketing in SaaS environments.
Mastering abbreviations like SEO, SEA, CoA is part of your DNA and your affinity with sales funnels and revenue reporting is sky-high.
