Where did the idea of flexible pay come from?
At EBO, we have a lot of young employees (39% are under 30). I myself am already of a slightly older generation (laughs)but I sometimes say that our employees are of the "Netflix generation. You used to have to wait a week to see a new episode of your favorite series, now you decide when to watch!
Everything is immediately available. And we see that we can no longer stay behind in our HR policy. In terms of remuneration, we need to be able to ensure that employees can decide themselves on-demand which options they consider important in their pay package.
We are an IT company that is currently growing rapidly. We still want to attract many new people, but also want to take good care of our current people. At EBO, people step into an innovative knowledge company, where IT people are at home. Besides development of every colleague, we also make sure to offer an attractive salary package. So what appealed to you about Payflip?

If an employee needs a smartphone, he requests it through Payflip, and a few days later the phone is in his mailbox.
When you work with Payflip, everything is always very unambiguous. There are no loopholes. Everything is transparent, both in terms of pricing and service.
Everyone at Payflip is also always super accessible. To give an example: our employees get an answer in the Payflip chat within 4 minutes! Of course, we as HR also try to respond quickly to people's questions, but 4 minutes is not what we currently achieve. (laughs)!
Payflip has actually really become an extension of our HR support. And you see this with Payflip's partners as well. An Alan , as ambulatory insurance, for example, provides quick & professional support to our employees.
